Larry Jurgens
As a partner and the president of New Directions, Larry helps physicians, medical groups, and surgery centers across the country. Larry knows healthcare and his experience is extensive. Whether it is helping your practice start up or your existing practice grow, he can help your practice become more effective and grow through business development and marketing. Larry serves as a board member and advisor to several large physician practices and to a Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) specialty society, as well as participating actively in the Washington MGMA/ACMPE.

Eric Daviscourt
As a partner and executive vice president of New Directions, Eric’s focus is to manage the daily operations and provide business management expertise to our practice management clients. He has experience in growing businesses. One such business he grew from $2M/year revenue to $50M/year. He is also an expert in accounting policies and procedures and is knowledgeable in many other software applications.

Edward Pepin
Ed is a partner and vice-president of New Directions and is the founder and president of Pepin & Associates, a Seattle-based business advisory firm, where he has helped hundreds of businesses with startups, business plans, contract administration, pricing, capital procurement, leasing, business management, marketing, finances, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Ed has had ownership interest in and/or operated over 25 successful companies across a wide range of industry sectors. He currently serves on the board or as an advisor to the board of several Pacific Northwest companies, three of which are large medical practices.
